New firmware for dLAN Highspeed products increases speed and convenience

New software supports Xbox 360 Universal Plug'n'Play



Aachen, September 26th, 2006—Service with a capital S. In keeping with this motto, the Aachen networking specialists devolo AG continuously works on improvements to its existing products. Firmware updates and tuning for the market help to boost convenience and customer satisfaction. devolo now presents a new firmware version for the dLAN Highspeed. This high-speed solution enables data transfers at up to 85 Mpbs over the household electricity circuit. The update increases not only the data throughput and speed, but convenience for the customer as well. And for friends of the Microsoft Xbox 360 games console: The new firmware now offers Universal Plug'n'Play support.
