devolo features new business solutions at SYSTEMS: Flagship product dLAN® 200 AVpro host and management software

Aachen-based powerline specialist devolo AG will once again exhibit at this year's SYSTEMS trade fair, being held in Munich from 21 to 24 October 2008. At this B2B trade fair, devolo will feature its dLAN® business solutions. Of course, the company will also present consumer products for simple home networking. Trade fair visitors can find the devolo stand in the "Communications & Networking Hall" B1, Stand 552.

At SYSTEMS, devolo will present its new business flagship product, the dLAN® 200 AVpro host. This powerline adapter, housed in a metal case, can transmit data via antenna lines, telephone lines and electrical wiring, and offers complete support for the remote configuration of dLAN® networks. The application area for the dLAN® 200 AVpro host includes larger networks, such as multi-family buildings, hotels and clinics. To go along with the adapter, devolo will also present the new dLAN® 200 AVpro manager network management software. This allows complex professional dLAN® networks to be configured and monitored easily via drag-and-drop. The dLAN® 200 AVpro manager gives users centralised setup, management and monitoring of professional dLAN® networks.

In the end consumer segment, displayed products include the brand-new dLAN® 200 AVplus, which is currently being launched on the market. This home network adapter features an electrical socket which is integrated into the housing and a mains filter which filters out interference caused by connected devices and thus optimises data transmission. Thanks to this smart combination, the consumer not only receives a dLAN® adapter with speeds of up to 200 Mbps, but also an extra wall socket as a free gift.
